| Goals | Nodrošināt dzīvokļu īpašnieku biedrības apsaimniekošanā nodoto dzīvojamo māju un tām piesaistīto zemes gabalu pienācīgu pārvaldīšanu un kopīpašuma daļu apsaimniekošanu. Dzīvokļu īpāsnieku biedrībai ir tiesības veikt saimniecisko darbību, lai sasniegtu dzīvokļu īpāsnieku biedrības mērķus, tajā skaitā slēgt nepieciešamos darba, pakalpojumu un citus līgumus. Dzīvokļu īpašnieku biedrības ienākumus drīkst izmantot vienīgi statūtos noteikto mērķu sasniegšanai. Dzīvokļu īpāsnieku biedrībai ir tiesības nodrošināt personas brīvprātīgā darbā.
