| Goals | Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotā viesu nama Turaidas ielā 71, Jūrmalā, Latvijā (turpmāk – Māja) pienācīgu uzturēšanu, efektīvu un saimniecisku attīstīšanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā, tajā skaitā, bet ne tikai: attiecīgo līgumu noslēgšanu ar apsaimniekotāju, pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, piegādātājiem, izpildītājiem, konsultantiem, ekspertiem u.tml.
