Goals Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotā viesu nama Turaidas ielā 71, Jūrmalā, Latvijā (turpmāk – Māja) pienācīgu uzturēšanu, efektīvu un saimniecisku attīstīšanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā, tajā skaitā, bet ne tikai:
attiecīgo līgumu noslēgšanu ar apsaimniekotāju, pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, piegādātājiem, izpildītājiem, konsultantiem, ekspertiem u.tml. Mājas pārvaldīšanas, ekspluatācijas, apsaimniekošanas jautājumos;
koplietošanas telpu un Mājai piederīgās zemes/piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu, un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām un biedrības biedru interesēm;
veicināt biedru aktivitāti, nolūkā novērst ar sabiedrības un vides drošību, kā arī īpašuma vērtības samazināšanos saistītus riskus;
pārstāvēt domājamo daļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas koplietošanas īpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
saskaņā ar biedru lēmumiem noteikt tehniskās ekspluatācijas, koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību;
sagatavot priekšlikumus Mājas īpašniekiem lēmuma pieņemšanai par Mājai nepieciešamiem remontdarbiem un citiem ar mājas uzturēšanu saistītiem jautājumiem;
komunicēt Mājas īpašnieku vārdā ar valsts un pašvaldības iestādēm par nodokļu atlaides iegūšanu, publiskā finansējuma un grantu piesaisti, pieteikties un saņemt pieejamos pakalpojumus biedrības mērķa realizēšanai.
