| Goals | Biedrības mērķis ir veicināt, popularizēt un saglabāt botāniskās ilustrācijas un cita veida ilustratīvās mākslas attīstību Latvijā un darboties tādu kopīgu interešu īstenošanā, kas saistītas ar botāniskās ilustrācijas tehniskas apguvi, pilnveidošanu un iemānu veicināšanu, ar botānisko ilustrāciju saistītu pasākumu organizēšanu Latvijā un ārpus tās, kā arī šādu pasākumu finansiālu atbalstīšanu. Biedrība dibina un uztur sakarus un sadarbojas ar Latvijas un citu valstu līdzīgām biedrībām, mākslas skolām, muzejiem, kā arī citiem partneriem. Piedalās projektu un iespējamo tiesību aktu izstrādē, kas skar Biedrības biedru un audzēkņu intereses un vizuālās mākslas attīstību Latvijā kopumā. Biedrība savu mērķu un uzdevumu īstenošanai veic naudas līdzekļu piesaistīšanu, kas var būt Biedrības biedru veikto biedru naudu un/vai ziedojumu maksājumi, dažādu īstenojamu projektu naudas līdzekļu piesaiste, pašvaldību un/vai citu juridisku, fizisku personu naudas līdzekļu iemaksas un ziedojumi, kā arī citi finansēšanas avoti saskaņā ar normatīvo aktu prasībām. Biedrība noteikto mērķu ietvarā var dibināt profesionālās attīstības, pašpalīdzības, mākslas veicināšanas, mantojuma saglabāšanas u.c. fondus un nodibinājumus, kā arī piešķirt stipendijas un prēmijas. |
