| Goals | 1. Sniegt nozīmīgu labumu Jūrkalnes pagasta iedzīvotājiem kopumā vai kādai tās daļai, veicinot pagasta stabilu, sabalansētu un ilgtspējīgu attīstību, paaugstinot katra iedzīvotāja dzīves kvalitāti. 2. Pilsoniskas sabiedrības attīstības nolūkos, veicināt lauku dzīves kvalitātes un ekonomikas dažādošanu, atbalstot alternatīvu ienākumu avotu izmantošanu. 3. Veicināt vides un lauku ainavas saglabāšanu, uzlabošanu un vides kaitējuma mazināšanu. Veicināt dabas resursu un dabas mantojuma aizsardzību un izmantošanas uzlabošanu. 4. Veicināt kultūrvēsturiskā mantojuma saglabāšanu un izmantošanu, kultūras infrastruktūras un kvalitatīvas kultūras pakalpojumu pieejamību un izmantošanu. 5.
