Izplatīt kabeļtelevīzijas produkciju (programmas) Latvijā, Lietuvā, Igaunijā, Krievijā un citās valstīs. Pastāvīgi uzlabot patērētājiem sniegto telekomunikāciju pakalpojumu kvalitāti. Pētīt jaunās telekomunikācijas tehnoloģijas, apkopot jauno tehnoloģiju pielietošanas pieredzi, veicināt jaunu tehnoloģiju ieviešanu tirgū. Regulēt operatoru savstarpējās attiecības. |
