Goals 1. 8. Bērnu, skolēnu, jauniešu un pieaugušo sporta nodarbību, pasākumu organizēšana, piesaistot sporta pedagogus un speciālistus;
9. Bērnu un jauniešu no maznodrošinātām ģimenēm, un no ārpusģimenes aprūpes iestādēm atbalstīšana sporta sfērā.
10. Sponsoru, mecenātu, ziedotāju, kā arī Valsts un pašvaldību līdzekļu piesaistīšana Biedrības darbības nodrošināšanai un izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai;
11. Organizatoriska, metodoloģiska un praktiska sadarbība ar Latvijas un ārvalstu Biedrībām, organizācijām, institūcijām, uzņēmumiem, privātpersonām u.c.
12. Lietderīga un produktīva bērnu un jauniešu brīvā laika pavadīšanas veicināšana, organizējot pārgājienus, sportiskās, izglītojošās, atpūtas nometnes, nodarbības, citus sporta pasākumus un labdarības akcijas;
13. Hokeja un citu sporta veidu materiāli tehniskā nodrošinājuma uzlabošana, pilnveidošana, attīstība un modernizācijas sekmēšana.
14. Semināru un citu izglītojoša rakstura pasākumu un nodarbību organizēšana.
