Sniegt sociālo rehabilitāciju; 9. sniegt nozīmīgu labumu sabiedrībai, sekmējot cilvēktiesību un indivīda tiesību aizsardzību, izglītības, kultūras un veselības attīstību, kas vērsta uz trūcīgo, sociāli mazaizsargāto un sociāli atstumto personu grupu sociālas labklājibas celšanu, tādejādi attīstot pilsonisku sabiedrību. 10. nodrošināt jauniešiem un pieaugušajiem izglītības iespējas. Realizēt profesionālās izglītības, profesionālās tālākizglītības, profesionālās pilnveides un jauniešu un pieaugušo interešu izglītības programmas, tādejādi veicinot izglītojamo sekmīgu konkurenci gan Latvijas, gan ari Eiropas darba tirgū. 11. veicināt jauniešu un pieaugušo ar īpašām vajadzībām karjeras iespējas. |
