| Goals | apvienot ēkas Dobelē, Skolas ielā 45 dzīvokļu īpašniekus brīvprātīgā personu apvienībā, kurai nav peļņas gūšanas rakstura. izmantojot vienotas juridiskas personas statusu, realizēt ēkas Dobelē, Skolas ielā 45 dzīvokļu īpašnieku tiesības uz kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu. Lai to nodrošinātu, Biedrība var veikt šādas darbības: nomāt zemi, mājas un citus objektus; slēgt līgumus par darbiem, kas atbilst tās darbības mērķiem; kontrolēt darbības izpildes kvalitāti; savā vārdā iegūt mantiskās un nemantiskās tiesības un uzņemties pienākumus; slēgt civiltiesiskus darījumus; prasīt no dzīvokļu īpašniekiem, kas nav biedrības dalībnieki, mājas un zemes gabala uzturēšanai nepieciešamo izdevumu attiecīgās daļas samaksu; būt par prasītāju un atbildētāju tiesā un šķīrējtiesā, t.sk. likumā noteiktajos gadījumos celt tiesā prasību par dzīvokļa īpašuma atsavināšanu un tā īpašnieka(-u) un iemītnieku izlikšanu no dzīvokļa; nodrošināt pienācīgu ēkai piederošā zemes gabala uzturēšanu; nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu mājas pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, telpu lietošanas, kā arī citu saistošo noteikumu, sanitāro un ugunsdrošības normu ievērošanu; organizēt atskaitījumus mājas kapitālajam remontam no dzīvokļu īpašnieku iemaksām, pilnvarot apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumus to iekasēšanā, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt uzkrājuma izlietošanu atbilstoši Biedrības kopsapulces lēmumiem; organizēt ēkas, inženiertīklu un iekārtu remontu un tehniskās apkopes veikšanu; organizēt mājas dzīvokļu īpašumu nodrošināšanu ar ūdens, gāzes, elektroenerģijas un siltumenerģijas apgādi, kā arī citiem pakalpojumiem. |
