| Goals | Biedrības mērķis ir daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja Rīga, Salnas iela 17, ar kadastra apzīmējumu 0100 121 1409 001, zemesgrāmatas nodalījumu Nr.11807 (turpmāk tekstā -Māja): saskaņā ar likumu "Par valsts un pašvaldību dzīvojamo māju privatizāciju" privatizācijas pabeigšanu; Biedrības īpāšuma tiesību un valdījuma uz Māju iegūšana; Mājas un piemājas teritorijas pienācīgas uzturēšanas un apsaimniekošanas, tehniskās eksplutācijas nodrošināšana; ar Māju siastīto zemes gabala biedru lietošanas tiesību un pienākumu regulēšana uz uzraudzība; ar Māju saistītos zemes gabala nomas un īpāšuma tiesību iegūšana; attiecības ar trešajām persom, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un Mājas tehnisko eksplutāciju un koplietošanas telpu izmantošnu apmierināšana. Biedrības savu mērķu sasniegšanai drīkst dibināt komercsabiedrības, kā arī būt par dalībnieku citās komercsabiedrībās. |
