| Goals | 1. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Robežu 1, Gulbenē, Gulbenes novadā, koplietošanas telpu un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas piederīgās zemes vai piesaistītā zemesgabala pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu; 2.
