| Goals | 1. Nodibinājuma virsmērķis izglītības jomā ir sabiedriskā labuma darbība, interešu, neformālās un formālās izglītības, tajā skaitā mūžizglītības un profesionālās izglītības veicināšanai visos vecuma posmos, sniedzot atbalstu izglītojamajiem, kuri parāda izcilas spējas iegūstot kvalifikāciju, veicinot savu radošo un izziņas darbību popularizējot Rīgas Tehniskās koledžas (turpmāk RTK) vārdu. Nodibinājuma mērķi izglītības jomā ir: 1.1. talantīgu izglītojamo apzināšana, atbalstot valsts un starptautiskas mācību priekšmetu olimpiādes un profesionālās meistarības konkursus; 1.2. atbalsts formālās un neformālās izglītības atbalsta pasākumu nodrošināšanai un šādu pasākumu organizēšana; 1.3. atbalsts interešu izglītības un mūžizglītības pasākumu nodrošināšanai un šādu pasākumu organizēšana; 1.4. atbalsts mērķtiecīgas sadarbības projektiem, kas ietver izglītojamo apmaiņu, ekspertu vizītes un apmācību kursus. 1.5. atbalsts pedagogu un RTK kolektīva pasākumu nodrošināšanai, kuros tiek celta darbinieku darba kvalitāte, komunikācijas un citu prasmju pilnveidošana un šādu pasākumu organizēšanā. 2. Nodibinājuma virsmērķis kultūras jomā ir sabiedriskā labuma darbība, atbalstot materiālo un nemateriālo kultūras mantojumu, tai skaitā RTK kolektīva, izglītojamo un absolventu pasākumu un svētku tradīcijas, veicinot jebkura vecuma personu radošo un izziņas darbību. Nodibinājuma mērķi kultūras jomā ir: 2.1. RTK tradīciju saglabāšana un attīstības veicināšana, radošuma attīstīšana, RTK vārda popularizēšana sabiedrībā gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs. |
