| Goals | Veicināt Rīgas pensionāru sociāli ekonomisko tiesību un interešu aizstāvēšanu un pārstāvēšanu, to materiālās un garīgās labklājības veicināšanu un iesaistīšanu demokrātiski aktīvos sabiedrības procesos. Uzturēt pastāvīgus sakarus ar Rīgas Domi un Latvijas pensionāru federāciju, piedalīties pasākumu organizēšanā, kuri skar pensionāru intereses. Dibināt sakarus un aktīvi līdzdarboties ar Baltijas valstu un citu Eiropas Savienības valstu galvaspilsētu pensionāru vai līdzīgām organizācijām. Iesaistīt pensionārus kultūras un izglītojošās aktivitātēs, realizējot mūžizglītību. Veicināt un atbalstīt aktīvu un veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Piedalīties konkursos, slēdzot sadarbības līgumus ar pašvaldības institūcijām par atsevišķu funkciju veikšanu. Izglītot sabiedrību, tai skaitā organizēt apmācības, konferences, seminārus, radošās darbnīcas un citus izglītojošus pasākumus. Aktivizēt senioru un pārējo biedru brīvprātīgo kustību. |
