Nodrošināt Ēkas tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu pienācīgu uzturēšanu un lietošanas kārtību. 3. Nodrošināt Ēkas piesaistītā zemesgabala un piemājas teritorijas pienācīgu uzturēšanu. 4. Veicināt Ēkas un tās kopīpašumā esošās daļas saglabāšanu, uzlabošanu, attīstīšanu un efektīvu pārvaldīšanu. 5. Slēgt pārvaldīšanas un ar Ēkas pārvaldīšanu saistītus līgumus, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt to izpildi, sagatavot pārvaldīšanas darba plānus, budžetus, tāmes un organizēt nepieciešamo darbu izpildi. 6.
