Goals 1. Organizēt un nodrošināt Biedrības pārvaldīšanā un/vai apsaimniekošanā nodotās daudzdzīvokļu ēkas (turpmāk - Ēka) pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
2.Pārstāvēt Ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku intereses visos jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Ēkas pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un labiekārtošanu;
3.Slēgt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas līgumus, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt šo līgumu ievērošanu, sagatavot pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesu, lai nodrošinātu augstu dzīves kvalitātes līmeni Ēkā;
4.Veikt Ēkas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu un ekspluatāciju;
5.Sekmēt Ēkas labierīcību, ierīču un infrastruktūras funkcionēšanas nodrošināšanu;
6. Apmierināt citas biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu, dzīvojamās mājas un piemājas teritorijas izmantošanu;
7.Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju , t.sk. Biedrības biedru, tiesības un intereses (arī patērētāju tiesību jomā).
