| Goals | 1.Pārstāvēt Arodbiedrību apvienības un tās biedru kopīgās intereses valsts un pašvaldību institūcijās, prokuratūras iestādēs, tiesā, darba devēju organizācijās un apvienībās; 2.Slēgt darba koplīgumus un vienošanās ar darba devēju organizācijām un iestādēm par darba samaksas nosacījumiem, darba, sociālo un ekonomisko tiesību garantijām un nodrošināt to izpildi no darba devēju puses; 3.Slēgt ģenerālvienošanās ar nozares vai teritorijas darba devēju organizācijām un nodrošināt to izpildi no darba devēju puses; 4.Normatīvajos tiesību aktos noteiktajā kārtībā izstrādāt un paust kopējo viedokli attiecībās ar darba devēju organizācijām un iestādēm; 5.Organizēt savu biedru likumīgo prasību un vajadzību īstenošanu, izmantojot visas likumīgās akcijas, tajā skaitā mītiņus, demonstrācijas, piketus, streikus u.c., 6.Izsakot savus priekšlikumus, piedalīties normatīvo aktu izstrādāšanā un labošanā, lai panāktu maksimālu savu biedru interešu aizsardzību; 7. Sadarboties ar Latvijas un ārvalstu Arodbiedrībām, citām organizācijām, iestādēm un institūcijām, kuru mērķi un darbība nav pretrunā ar Arodbiedrību apvienības statūtiem; 8. Sniegt biedriem juridiskās konsultācijas darba likumdošanas un citos jautājumos; 9.Sekmēt savu biedru profesionālo apmācību, rīkot seminārus, konferences, izstādes. |
