Biedrības mērķis ir veicināt parašaušanas attīstību un integrāciju Latvijā, nodrošinot visiem iespējas nodarboties ar šo sporta veidu. Veicināt sportistu ar fiziskiem ierobežojumiem sociālo un profesionālo attīstību, nodrošinot psiholoģisko atbalstu, mentoru palīdzību un karjeras konsultācijas. Attīstīt sadarbību ar starptautiskajām parašaušanas organizācijām, Latvijas sporta institūcijām un izglītības iestādēm, lai nodrošinātu zināšanu apmaiņu un labāko praksi ieviešanu. Rīkot sabiedrisko informētību par parašaušanas nozīmi rehabilitācijā un sociālajā integrācijā, kā arī celt sabiedrības izpratni par personām ar fiziskiem ierobežojumiem. Nodrošināt modernu infrastruktūru un speciālu aprīkojumu, kas atbilst starptautiskajiem standartiem un ir piemērots šāvējiem ar dažādiem fiziskiem ierobežojumiem.
