Vispārējai Lauksaimniecības Bankai, kura tos savukārt, nodeva jaunajiem zemes īpašniekiem un šo procesu pārtrauca PSRS bruņoto spēku ienākšana Latvijā; Vispārējās Lauksaimniecības Bankas rīcībā pārgājušo zemes īpašumu sarakstu izpēte; Latvijas Valsts Vēstures Arhīva fonda P-70 izpēte, kurš satur informāciju par Vispārējās Lauksaimniecības Bankas pārdoto īpašumu adresēm, pircēju vārdiem un uzvārdiem, kontu numuriem, pirkuma summām un iemaksas lielumiem; No Vispārējās Lauksaimniecības Bankas iegūto īpašumu tiesību atjaunošanas un kompensāciju noteikšanas problēmu atrisināšana. |
