| Goals | 1. Tiesiskuma nodrošināšana un interešu aizstāvība - iestāties par visu Latvijas Republikas pilsoņu (pamatiedzīvotāju), it īpaši Biedrības biedru, Latvijas Republikas Satversmē noteikto tiesību aizstāvību. 2. Aizstāvēt savu biedru intereses, viņu iespējas normatīvajos aktos paredzētajā kārtībā, aizstāvēt savus nekustamos īpašumus - vienīgā mājokļa īpašuma tiesības, par kuru var tikt uzskatīts: - dzīvojamā ēka ar zemi; - dzīvojamās ēkas un zemes kopīpašumā noteiktā domājamā daļa; - daudzdzīvokļu mājas dzīvoklis ar zemi; kurā īpašnieks, pamatojoties uz nekustamā īpašuma tiesību nostiprinājumu zemesgrāmatā, ir deklarējis savu dzīvesvietu. 3. Līdzdarboties lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos pilsētu, pagastu, novadu, reģionu un nacionālajā līmenī sadarbojoties ar atbilstošām institūcijām, nevalstiskām organizācijām un privātpersonām; nodrošināt saviem biedriem juridisko palīdzību viņiem būtisku nekustamā īpašuma nodokļu problēmu risināšanā; veidot un attīstīt sabiedrības tiesiskuma apziņu. 4. Attīstības jautājumu risināšana - darboties, lai uzlabotu kopējo dzīves kvalitāti savas pilsētas, apkaimes vai novada robežās; atbalstīt ikviena tiesības dzīvot katram savā nekustamajā īpašumā - mājoklī un sakoptā vidē. 5. Visu augstākminēto jautājumu risināšana starptautiskā līmenī. 6. Biedrības mērķu īstenošanai piesaistīt naudas līdzekļus: ar biedru iestāšanās maksu, ar biedra naudu, ar ziedojumiem, piešķīrumu palīdzību. |
