Veicināt starptautisko studentu labklājību Nodrošināt konsultācijas, padomus un atbalstu, kas palīdz ārzemju studentiem veiksmīgi integrēties Latvijā un izvairīties no iespējamiem krāpšanas gadījumiem. 2. Aizstāvēt un pārstāvēt studentu intereses Sniegt juridisku un informatīvu atbalstu studentiem, kuri saskaras ar neskaidriem vai negodīgiem īres līguma nosacījumiem, depozītu neatdošanu u.c. problēmām. 3. Organizēt īres objektu verifikāciju un profilaksi pret krāpšanu Izstrādāt un uzturēt drošu īres objektu datubāzi, kas apstiprināta pēc faktiskas telpu apskates, kā arī sadarboties ar iesaistītajām pusēm (īrniekiem, izīrētājiem) negodīgu darbību novēršanai. 4. Veicināt sadarbību ar izglītības iestādēm un pašvaldībām Izstrādāt kopīgus pasākumus un informatīvos materiālus, lai nodrošinātu studentiem saprotamu un ērti pieejamu palīdzību gan pirms ierašanās Latvijā, gan mācību laikā. 5. Organizēt pasākumus un kopienas veidošanu Rīkot seminārus, darbnīcas, kultūras un sociālus pasākumus, lai veicinātu savstarpēju sadarbību, pieredzes apmaiņu un vienotības sajūtu starp studentiem. 6. Veidot starptautisku pieredzes un zināšanu apmaiņu Uzturēt kontaktus ar līdzīgām organizācijām citās valstīs, dalīties ar labākajām praksēm un attīstīt kopīgus projektus, lai paplašinātu biedrības darbības mērogu ārpus Latvijas. 7. Attīstīt un uzlabot studentu informētību un izglītot sabiedrību Nodrošināt informatīvus materiālus un izglītojošus resursus par īres tirgus specifiku, tiesiskajiem aspektiem un iespējamiem riskiem, tādējādi sekmējot visu iesaistīto pušu izpratni un drošību. |
