| Goals | 1. Nekustamo īpašumu īpašniekiem sniegt tiesisko aizsardzību un juridisko palīdzību saimnieciskās darbības pakalpojumos efektivitātes paaugstināšanai; 2. Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt savus biedrus valsts un citās organizācijās pēc arodu, nozaru, teritoriālā, darba vai citam principu attiecībām, nekustamo īpašumu nodarītā kaitējuma atlīdzināšanas, dzīvokļu un citu sociālo un ekonomisko interešu jomā, individuālo un kolektīvo strīdu izskatīšanā sākot no Latvijas Republikas neatkarības pasludināšanas (proklamēšanas), kā arī neatkarīgi no noilguma griezties tiesā savu biedru tiesību un interešu aizstāvībai. |
