Nodrošināt tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu, risināt ar nekustamo īpašumu saistītos jautājumus un pārstāvēt Īpašuma īpašniekus valsts, pašvaldības un/vai citās iestādēs. Apmierināt citas, pamatotas, Biedrības biedru un/vai kopīpašnieku/īpašnieku vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamo namu koplietošanas telpu un zemes izmantošanu.
