Piesaistot finansējumu no dažādiem avotiem, nodrošināt dažādām mērķauditorijām pieejamā attālumā daudzpusīgu nepieciešamo sabiedrisko aktivitāšu iespējas visdažādākajās jomās: jaunatnes, izglītības ( t.sk. neformālās izglītības), projektu vadībā, kultūras, mākslas, amatniecības, vēstures, sporta, tūrisma, medicīnas, veselības veicināšanas, vides izglītības un aizsardzības, tiesiskās, sociālās, psiholoģiskās, u.c. ( t.sk. nodrošināt rehabilitācijas iespējas attiecīgās u.c. jomās); 4. Sekmēt un veicināt pozitīvas pārmaiņas, savstarpējo sadarbību, informētības iespējas, piedāvājot bērniem, jauniešiem, ģimenēm, u.c. cilvēkiem iespēju iesaistīties neformālās izglītības programmu apguvē, brīvprātīgajā darbā, nometņu darbā, sabiedriskā labuma projektu īstenošanā, praktiskā darbībā un dažādās aktivitātēs Latvijas un Eiropas valsts teritorijās, tādejādi palielinot viņu pašpalīdzības iespējas, iedzīvotājiem nozīmīgas iniciatīvas, nodrošinot atbalstu, valsts, reģionu un novadu institūcijām un pašvaldībām funkciju īstenošanā sabiedrības labā attiecīgās nozarēs. |
