| Goals | Apvienot un organizēt personas, kas izmanto metāldetektorus, georadarus vai citas tehniskas ierīces priekšmetu meklēšanā, un veicināt Latvijā vēl neesoša sporta veida attīstību: organizētāju apslēptu priekšmetu meklēšanu zem zemes un zem ūdens, izmantojot tehniskas ierīces un īpaši izstrādātas kartes; popularizēt meklētāju sportu, veicināt un koordinēt tā attīstību, sekmēt reģionālu meklētāju sporta biedrību veidošanos, piesaistot interesentus, lai iesaistītu tos Biedrības rīkotās un koordinētās sporta nodarbībās; veicināt meklētāju sporta kā oficiāla sporta veida atzīšanu Latvijas Republikā; popularizēt fizisko kultūru un sportu kā veselīga dzīvesveida sastāvdaļu, veicināt cilvēku vispusīgu fizisko un garīgo attīstību; organizēt un vadīt treniņa nodarbības un sporta sacensības, izstrādāt sacensību kalendārus; izstrādāt, apstiprināt un izdot meklētāju sporta sacensību noteikumus un citus ar priekšmetu meklēšanu saistītus materiālus, sniegt Biedrības biedriem informatīvu, konsultatīvu un praktisku palīdzību; sadarboties ar valstiskām un nevalstiskām struktūrām, tādējādi veicinot meklētāju koordinētu un normatīvajiem aktiem atbilstošu darbošanos; veicināt un pārraudzīt Biedrības biedru starptautiskos sakarus, organizēt Biedrības biedru izglītojošus seminārus un apmācību, nodrošināt pārstāvju piedalīšanos sacensībās ārpus Latvijas Republikas. |
