Pārstāvēt makšķernieku intereses, aizstāvēt viņu likumīgās prasības, iniciatīvas valsts institūcijās, organizācijās; 8. Palīdzēt valsts iestādēm apkopot datus par nelikumīgo makšķerēšanu; 9.
