| Goals | 1.Apzināt, pētīt un veicināt mediju, izglītības un kultūrvides mijiedarbību un attīstību Latvijā, kā arī ārpus tās robežām: - veicināt medijkritiskās domas attīstību, inovatīvas mediju, kino un mākslas kritikas formas dažādos publiskās komunikācijas kanālos; - organizēt dažāda formāta izglītojošus pasākumus dažādām sabiedrības grupām - lekcijas, lekciju ciklus, darbnīcas, izstādes, lektorijus, simpozijus, konferences u.c. vietēja un starptautiska mēroga notikumus, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot medijpratības apguves formātiem; - veidot reģionālus un starptautiskus sadarbības tīklus un projektus; - veikt izdevējdarbību (katalogu u.c. dokumentēšanas un publicistikas formātu veidošana) un veidot audiovizuālu mediju saturu (radio, tv, filmas, interneta vides raidījumi, podkāsti u.c.) un izplatīt to vietējās un starptautiskās auditorijās; 2. Veidot inovatīvas un starpdisciplināras mediju, kino, laikmetīgās mākslas, izglītības, sabiedrības integrācijas un citu jomu sadarbības formas: - veicināt sadarbību starp dažādu jomu kultūras, izglītības, mākslas un integrācijas profesionāļiem; - veicināt sadarbību ar dažādu jomu profesionāļiem, īpaši pētniecisku projektu realizācijai; - veicināt māksliniecisku jaundarbu rašanos (piemēram, vizuālās mākslas darbus, kino, performances, tekstus u.c.); 3. Pasākumu un projektu darbību un saturu vērst, lai aktualizētu sabiedriski un sociālpolitiski nozīmīgus jautājumus, it īpaši mediju kritisku lietojumu, tādējādi sekmējot iekļaujošas sabiedrības attīstību, pilsonisko apziņu, dialogu, medijpratību, kritisko domāšanu un aktivitāti. |
