Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku gribai un maksātspējai. 3. Noslēgt apsaimniekošanas līgumu ar kompetentu attiecīgā pakalpojuma sniedzēju, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt apsaimniekošanas līguma, kā arī pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānu, budžetu, tāmju, darbu un procesu izpildi, lemt par mājas rezerves fonda (uzkrājums remontam) izmantošanas veidu un kārtību. 4.
