Izveidot un uzturēt Latvijas video mākslas datu bāzi un kolekciju. Nodarboties ar video un kino filmu un mūzikas izplatīšanu un popularizēšanu. Nodarboties ar filmu un teātra izrāžu un koncertu producēšanu. Veikt izglītojošu darbu - piedalīties kuratoru un mākslas menedžeru sagatavošanā. Sadarboties ar mākslas un kultūras izglītības iestādēm Rīgā un Latvijā. Izveidot "artist in residence" programmu, kas nodrošina konkrēta mākslinieka reālu klātbūtni un jauniešu izglītošanu mākslas jomās. Nodarboties ar izdevējdarbību un Latvijas literatūras popularizēšanu Latvijā un ārvalstīs. Nepieciešamības gadījumā būt par starpniekiem autortiesību pārdošanā.
