12. Izveidot noklīdušu vai nepieskatītu mājdzīvnieku elektronisko datu bāzi;
13. Sekmēt noklīdušu mājdzīvnieku uzturēšanas vietas apstākļu uzlabošanu un nodrošināšanu.
