Pārstāvēt Termogazifikācijas Asociācijas biedrus attiecībās ar valsti, pašvaldībām kā arī citām iestādēm un organizācijām. Apvienot asociācijas un citas organizācijas, kuras veicina vietējo, dabas atjaunojamo energoresursu (AER) sekmīgāku izmantošanu. Sekmēt Latvijas normatīvās bāzes sakārtošanu AER izmantošanas sfērā.
