| Goals | -Veicināt, koordinēt un vadīt peldēšanas veterānu (masters) kustību Latvijas Republikā, ka arī pārstāvēt valsti vadošajās starptautiskajās peldēšanas veterānu (masters) kustības organizācijās; -pārstāvēt Latvijas peldēšanas veterānu (masters) intereses LATVIJAS PELDĒŠANAS FEDERĀCIJĀ, Latvijas Sporta veterānu - senioru savienībā, kā arī sadarbība ar citām peldēšanā ieinteresētajām juridiskajām un fiziskajām personām; -palīdzēt veterānu (masters) vecumu sasniegušajiem peldētājiem (un senioriem) uzturēt saikni ar aktīvo sportu, iesaistot viņus peldēšanas veterānu (masters) organizētajā kustībā; -izstrādāt un ieviest peldētāju - veterānu (masters) vajadzībām atbilstošu, optimālu pašmāju sacensību sistēmu un ikgadēju sacensību kalendāru; -sistemātiski apkopot, un katra gada sākumā organizēt Latvijas peldēšanas veterānu (masters) sacensībās sasniegto rezultātu elektronisko publicēšanu; -apstiprināt peldēšanas veterānu (masters) sasniegtos valsts rekordus; -koordinēt Latvijas peldēšanas veterānu (masters) dalību Fédération internationale de natation (FINA or International Swimming Federation) rīkotajos čempionātos, Eiropas un Pasaules veterānu sporta ("masters") spēlēs; -rūpēties, lai starptautiskajā arēnā izcilus sasniegumus uzrādījušie peldēšanas veterāni (masters) saņemtu adekvātu valdības, pašvaldību un augstākās sporta vadības morālo un materiālo atbalstu; -izveidot un uzturēt pastāvīgus kontaktus ar kaimiņvalstu peldēšanas veterānu (masters) pārstāvošajām organizācijām, piedalīties divpusēju un reģionālo starptautisko sacensību organizēšanā; -nodrošināt statistikas un cita veida informācijas apmaiņu ar starptautiskajām sporta organizācijām. |
