Goals Apvienot Latvijā strādājošus mūzikas menedžerus un veicināt mūzikas menedžeru savstarpēju sadarbību un tīklošanos;
izglītot un konsultēt Latvijas mūzikas menedžerus mūzikas industrijas jautājumos;
būt par Latvijas mūzikas menedžeru oficiālo pārstāvi starptautiskajā mūzikas menedžeru forumā "International Music Manager's Forum asbl", kā arī Eiropas un starptautiskajās industrijas konferencēs un izstādēs;
būt par sadarbības partneri Baltijas, Eiropas un pasaules mūzikas industrijas sadarbības projektos;
pārstāvēt un lobēt Latvijas mūzikas menedžeru intereses mūzikas industrijai būtiskos jautājumos valsts un starptautiskajā līmenī, veicināt labvēlīgus apstākļus menedžeru darbībai Latvijā;
sadarbojas ar citām mūzikas, radošajām un citu industriju organizācijām, kā arī valsts, pašvaldību un citām struktūrām , lai veicinātu vietējā mūzikas tirgus izaugsmi un Latvijas mūzikas eksportu;
izplatīt informāciju par aktuālākajiem notikumiem, tendencēm, konferencēm, finanšu piesaistīšanas un darba iespējām u.c. Biedrības biedriem;
sadarboties ar plašsaziņas līdzekļiem, lai veicinātu sabiedrības informētību un izglītošanu ar mūzikas industriju saistītos jautājumos.
