| Goals | 1.Veicināt profesionālās dejas attīstību visos līmeņos un virzienos mūsdienu dejā un hip-hop kultūras deju stilos; 2.Apvienot mūsdienu dejas un hip-hop dejas profesionāļus: 2.1.deju izglītotājus deju nozares profesijās: deju kolektīvu vadītājus, deju skolotājus, deju trenerus, repetitorus, asistentus, dejotājus, horeogrāfus, producentus un citu deju profesiju speciālistus; 2.2.ar profesionālo izglītību dejas nozarē dažādās izglītības pakāpēs: vidējā profesionālā un augstākā izglītībā, profesionālā tālākizglītībā, profesionālā pilnveidē un profesionālās ievirzes izglītībā; 2.3.kas profesionāli augstvērtīgi strādā dejas nozarē un ir pierādījuši sevi ar panākumiem un augstiem sasniegumiem dejas nozarē Latvijā un pasaulē; 3.Pārstāvēt dažādus deju žanrus un stilus tai skaitā: 3.1.Hip-hop kultūras deju stilus: hip-hop, locking, popping, breaking, house dance, dažādās tās izpausmes formās: mākslas, sporta, horeogrāfiju dejotāji, šova grupas, sacensību dejas; 3.2.Citus mūsdienu deju stilu pārstāvjus, kas nav apvienojušies profesionālās apvienībās savu mērķu realizēšanai; 4.Veicināt profesionālās mūsdienu dejas un hip-hop kultūras deju pārstāvju profesionālās izglītības iegūšanu, pielīdzināšanu, tālākizglītību un profesionālo pilnveidi; 5.Veicināt profesijas standartu jautājumu aktualizēšanu mūsdienu dejā, hip-hop kultūras deju stilos un dejas nozarē vispār; 6.Veicināt sadarbību ar citiem deju nozares pārstāvjiem, (tai skaitā laikmetīgajā dejā, klasiskajā dejā, tautas dejās, sporta dejās); 7.Veicināt sadarbību ar dažādām institūcijām, kas veicina vai koordinē dejas nozares darbību: Dejas Padome, Latvijas Nacionālais kultūras centrs, Valsts Izglītības satura centrs, Izglītības kvalitātes valsts dienests, Kultūrkapitāla fonds, Latvijas dejas informācijas centrs un citiem; 8.Veicināt dejas nozares atzīšanu un popularizēšanu kā mākslas, kultūras, izglītības un sporta veidu Latvijā un pasaulē; 9.Veikt organizatoriskus pasākumus profesionālās mūsdienu dejas un profesionālās hip-hop dejas, biedrības un tās mērķu popularizēšanai. |
