Panākt, ka Latvijas kūrortu darbība tiek atjaunota saimnieciski pamatoti, pēc labiem tiesiskuma principiem, saskaņā ar Latvijas sabiedrības nacionālajām interesēm un cienot Latvijas kūrortu kultūrvēsturisko nozīmi.
