Sekmēt un uzlabot jātnieku sporta attīstību valstī, ievērojot godīgas spēles noteikumus un vienojošās, izglītojošās, kultūras un humanitārās vērtības, it īpaši - īstenojot bērnu un jauniešu attīstības programmas. 3. Mērķtiecīgi attīstīt, atbalstīt un veicināt jātnieku sporta pasākumus valstspilsētās, novados, pilsētās, pagastos, izglītības iestādēs, augstskolās. 4. Veicināt sportistu meistarības izaugsmi. 5. Popularizēt godīgumu, ētikas normas un godīgas spēles noteikumus, lai novērstu tādas metodes vai darbības kā korupcija, dopinga lietošana vai manipulācija, kuru rezultātā varētu tikt apšaubīts sacensību, sportistu, amatpersonu, Biedru godīgums vai kā citādi nodarīts kaitējums jātnieku sporta prestižam. |
