3.izveidot handbola sporta veida piramīdu no visu vecumu jauniešiem, tā nodrošinot sporta veida nepārtrauktību;
4.izveidot un uzturēt handbola komandas pieaugušajiem, uz kuru tiekties jauniešiem;
5.reklamēt handbolu un informēt sabiedrību par to, izmantojot dažādas metodes, tajā skaitā, bet ne tikai - reklāmu masu medijos, sporta zālēs, uz sportistu formas tērpiem, rīkojot seminārus, informatīvus pasākumus u.c.
6.morāli un materiāli atbalstīt handbola trenerus, sportistus un citas personas, kas saistītas ar handbolu darbībās, kas saistītas ar handbolu;
7.piesaistot speciālistus, organizēt nodarbības, pilnveides kursus un seminārus handbolistiem, treneriem un citām ar sporta veidu saistītām personām;
8.veidot sadarbību ar handbola klubiem/komandām un citām organizācijām ārvalstīs.
