Valsts, reģionu un nozaru atbalsta programmu izstrādāšana un realizācija, lai piedalītos daudzdzīvokļu māju biedrību un citu struktūru atbalstīšana. Palīdzība daudzdzīvokļu māju biedrībām un citām struktūrām tiešo kontaktu nodibināšanā un partneru izraudzīšanā, kā Latvijā, tā arī ārzemēs. Ekonomikas Ministrijas un dažādu sabiedrisku organizāciju iesaistīšanā kopējā darbā.
