| Goals | 1. Veicināt cilvēktiesību un pamatbrīvību patiesu pastāvēšanu un baudīšanu Latvijā; 2. Izglītot sabiedrību, veikt skaidrošanas darbu, pētījumus un publikācijas par cilvēktiesību jautājumiem; 3. Popularizēt un panākt reālu un pareizu cilvēktiesību iedzīvināšanu Latvijā, sniedzot sabiedrībai juridisko un mediatīvo palīdzību/aizsardzību dažādās cilvēktiesību jomās. 4. Aizstāvot visu paaudžu cilvēktiesības, novērst Biedrības biedra cilvēktiesību pārkāpumus un diskrimināciju. Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt biedru tiesības un ar likumu aizsargātās intereses kā persona, kurai ar likumu piešķirtas šādas tiesības aizstāvēt tiesā, citās iestādēs, institūcijās un komerciālās un nekomerciālās organizācijās. 5. Īstenot biedru un sadarbības partneru pārstāvību visu instanču tiesu institūcijās (tostarp Satversmes tiesā, Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesā, ANO Cilvēktiesību komitejā), jebkura veida lietās, kā arī valsts un pašvaldību iestādēs. 6. Cilvēktiesību aizsardzībai izmantot patērētāju tiesību un likumīgo interešu aizsardzības instrumentus saskaņā ar Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma 23.pantu un likuma Par sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulatoriem 15.pantu. 7. Veidot biedriem labvēlīgu judikatūru un tiesu praksi. 8. Veikt labdarību un sabiedriskā labuma darbību. |
