Goals	Apvienot ārstus, kuru profesionālā interese ir saistīta ar plaušu slimībām, alerģiskām slimībām, lai kopējo interešu pamata veiktu sabiedriskā labuma darbību- rūpētos par bērniem, lai uz kopējo interešu pamata veiktu sabiedriskā labuma darbību- rūpētos par bērnu alergalogu un pneimonologu izglītību, profesionālo izaugsmi, vērtīgākās pieredzes apgūšanu, radošu spēju izkopšanu un kompetentas informācijas sniegšanu sabiedrībai par plaušu un alerģiskām slimībām bērnu vecumā, tādejādi veicinot kvalitatīvas specializētas aprūpes pieejamību Latvijas bērniem un sekmēt šo slimību profilaksi; veicināt jaunu speciālistu sagatavošanu bērnu alergoloģijā un pneimonoloģijā atbilstoši starptautiskām prasībām, kas dotu tiesības Latvijā izglītību ieguvušiem bērnu alergologiem un pneimonologiem bez ierobežojumiem brīvi pārvietoties un strādāt savā profesijā Eiropas Kopienas valstīs, kā arī konkrēti ar ārvalstu kolēģiem Latvijas darba tirgū; veikt sertifikāciju bērnu alergoloģijā un pneimonoloģijā.
