Arodbiedrības pamatmērķis ir pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt savu biedru darba, ekonomiskās, sociālās un profesionālās tiesības un intereses, kā arī veicināt taisnīgu, drošu, ilgtspējīgu un kvalitatīvu attālinātās izglītības un attālinātā darba vidi. 2.2. Arodbiedrības mērķi ir: 2.2.1. panākt taisnīgu atalgojumu un caurskatāmu darba slodzes uzskaiti, ietverot visu faktiski veikto darbu; 2.2.2. panākt, lai attālinātajā izglītībā tiktu uzskaitīta un apmaksāta mācību sagatavošana, digitālo materiālu izstrāde, darbu vērtēšana, atgriezeniskā saite, konsultācijas, individuālā saziņa, audzināšanas darbs un mācību platformu uzturēšana; 2.2.3. aizsargāt biedru tiesības uz noteiktu darba laiku, atpūtu un atslēgšanos no darba saziņas ārpus nolīgtā darba laika; 2.2.4. veicināt drošus, veselībai nekaitīgus, ergonomiskus un kiberdrošus darba apstākļus, atbilstošu tehnisko nodrošinājumu un ar darba veikšanu saistīto izdevumu taisnīgu segšanu; 2.2.5. aizstāvēt profesionālo autonomiju, vienlīdzīgu attieksmi, personas datu aizsardzību un iespējas pilnveidot profesionālo kompetenci; 2.2.6. veicināt kvalitatīvas, pieejamas un iekļaujošas tālmācības attīstību, pietiekamu laiku individuālam atbalstam, atbalsta personāla pieejamību un ilgtspējīgu finansējumu; 2.2.7. veidot sociālo dialogu, slēgt darba koplīgumus, ģenerālvienošanās un citas vienošanās; 2.2.8. piedalīties normatīvo aktu un politikas plānošanas dokumentu izstrādē, ja tie skar Arodbiedrības biedru intereses; 2.2.9. veidot datos un pierādījumos balstītu izpratni par attālinātā pedagoģiskā un cita digitālā darba faktisko apjomu, kvalitātes nosacījumiem un riskiem. |
