| Goals | Atbalstīt aizsardzības sfēras stiprināšanu, attīstību un šo procesu caurskatāmību, kā arī veicināt sabiedrības līdzdalību šajos procesos; pārstāvēt LR aizsardzības sfērā saistītās personas, kā arī viņu ģimenes locekļu tiesiskās un juridiskās prasības; pārstāvēt, aizsardzības sfērā iesaistīto personu sociālo, ekonomisko, pilsonisko tiesību un brīvību ievērošanu. Veicināt aizsardzības sfērā iesaistīto personu profesionālās darba vides uzlabošanu; piedalīties aizsardzības un drošības jomā likumu un normatīvo aktu izstrādē; atbalstīt sieviešu un vīriešu līdztiesības principus aizsardzības struktūrās; veicināt sabiedrības informētību, uzdodot attiecīgus jautājumus pilnvarotām AM un NBS amatpersonām un pieprasot no viņiem atbildes atbilstoši LR likumdošanai; sasniegt, ka LR likumdošanā garantētu nodarbināto no aizsardzības struktūrām atbrīvotiem darbiniekiem, ievērojot Darba likumdošanā paredzētās normas. |
