Goals 1. apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas Rīgā, Krišjāņa Valdemāra ielā 40, (turpmāk - Dzīvojamā māja) dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu atbilstoši Dzīvojamās mājas un tās dzīvokļu īpašnieku labākajām interesēm, veicot to paša spēkiem vai nododot šos pienākumus ārējam komersantam - apsaimniekotājam, slēdzot ar Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu saistītos līgumus, pārraudzīt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesus;
2. piedalīties valsts un pašvaldības līdzfinansējuma projektos Dzīvojamās mājas labiekārtošanas un uzturēšanas vajadzībām;
3. pārstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas īpašnieku tiesības un intereses attiecībās pret valsts un pašvaldības iestādēm, trešajām personām un pakalpojumu sniedzējiem, jebkādos ar Dzīvojamās mājas apsaimniekošanu, uzturēšanu, uzlabošanu, labiekārtošanu vai īpašnieku interešu aizstāvību, saistītos jautājumos.
