| Goals | Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu mājas Kuldīgas ielā 11, Ventspilī (turpmāk - Īpašums) pārvaldīšanu un kopīpašuma daļu pienācīgu apsaimniekošanu. Norēķinu kontā iekasēt biedru iestāšanās baudas, biedru naudas, apsaimniekošanas maksu no dzīvokļu īpašniekiem, kā arī soda naudas un īres maksu, ja tādas tiktu noteiktas. Pēc biedru lēmuma veikt kārtējos remontus un uzkrāt naudu kapitālajiem remontiem. Veikt neplānotos remontus pēc iedzīvotāju iesniegumiem. Nodrošināt Īpašuma sastāvā ietilpstošā zemes gabala pienācīgu uzkopšanu. Pārņemt lietas (dokumentus un informāciju) un finanšu resursus no iepriekšējā apsaimniekotāja PSIA "Ventspils Nekustamie īpašumi", nodrošinot dokumentālo un materiālo vērtību nezūdamību. |
