Veicināt Dzīvojamās ēkās efektīvu pārvaldīšanu, nodrošinot Dzīvojamās ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku interešu pārstāvību, kas ir saistītas ar dzīvokļu un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. Lemt visus jautājumus, kuri ir saistīti ar Dzīvojamās ēkas kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, tajā skaitā par apsaimniekošanas līguma noslēgšanu ar trešajām personām. |
