Goals Biedrības virsmērķis ir veicināt Krāslavas novada un Latvijas senioru (pirmspensijas un pensijas vecuma iedzīvotāju) dzīves kvalitātes uzlabošanu.
Biedrības mērķi:
organizēt un nodrošināt Krāslavas novada un Latvijas senioru neformālās izglītības (mūžizglītības) aktivitātes (lekcijas, nodarbības, meistarklases uc), kā arī citas zināšanu un prasmju uzlabošanas iespējas;
attīstīt neformālās izglītības (mūžizglītības) aktivitāšu daudzveidību un izplatīt neformālās izglītības aktivitātes senioriem kā aktīvās novecošanās sastāvdaļu;
mazināt vecuma diskriminācijas (eidžisma) izplatību Krāslavas novada un Latvijas sabiedrībā, veicinot starppaaudžu komunikāciju, kā arī īstenojot informatīvās kampaņas sabiedrības informēšanai;
veidot Latvijas sabiedrībā izpratni par vecumdienām kā par aktīvu un jēgpilnu dzīves posmu, piedāvājot jaunu mūsdienīga seniora tēlu;
popularizēt veselīgas novecošanas un veselīga dzīvesveida principus saskaņā ar Pasaules Veselības organizācijas rekomendācijām, veicinot senioru fiziskās un garīgās (mentālās) veselības stiprināšanu;
veicināt Krāslavas novada un Latvijas senioru motivāciju jēgpilni pavadīt laiku un uzlabot savas dzīves kvalitāti, pilnveidojot viņu "sociālās kompetences";
iesaistīt Krāslavas novada un Latvijas iedzīvotājus brīvprātīgo darbā biedrības organizētajos pasākumos;
radīt Krāslavas novada un Latvijas senioriem kā sociālās izolācijas un atstumtības riskam pakļautai iedzīvotāju grupai iespējas pilnvērtīgi iesaistīties sabiedrības dzīvē;
veidot sabiedrības visiem vecumiem iekļaujošu sociālo vidi Latvijā, kurā tiktu ievērotas visu paaudžu ilgtermiņa intereses.
