Starptautiskās "Optimists" klases jahtu burātāju un jahtu īpašnieku, burāšanas treneru, tiesnešu, kā arī atbalstītāju interešu apvienošana un darbības koordinēšana, veicināt "Optimists" klases jahtu attīstību un burāšanas sportu Latvijā Pārstāvēt starptautisko "Optimists" klases asociāciju Latvijā. Nodrošināt starptautiskās "Optimists" klases noteikumu ievērošanu, sniegt metodisku atbalstu noteikumu piemērošanā. Uzturēt starptautiskās "Optimists" klases jahtu reģistru Latvijā. Uzturēt ikgadējo starptautiskās "Optimists" klases sportistu reitingu tabulu. |
