Termināli slimo bērnu īpašo tiesību nodrošināšana, kop nosaka "Bērnu tiesību aizsardzības likums", tostarp uz drošību, veselības un dzīvības maksimālu aizsardzību, iespēju iegūt izglītību atbilstoši katra spējām, apgūt kultūras mantojumu un piedalīties tā aizsardzībā, kā arī attīstīt savas jaunrades spējas. Bērnu un jauniešu, kas sasnieguši izcilas sekmes vispārējās un profesionālās ievirzes izglītībā, kompetenču pilnveidošana un papildināšana konkrētās zināšanu jomās.
