| Goals | Darboties un turpināt darbību kā 1971.gadā dibinātās Romu tautības cilvēku apvienības IRU-INTERNATIONAL ROMANI UNION tiesību, pienākumu, ideālu un vērtību pārņēmējai; aizstāvēt un pārstāvēt romu tautības cilvēku tiesības, jo īpaši cilvēktiesības, visā pasaulē; veikt darbības, lai aizsargātu romu tautības cilvēkus no nacionālā naida un neiecietības' veikt darbības, lai saglabātu un attīstītu romu nāciju, kā arī citas nācijas, un palīdzēt veicināt visu nāciju ekonomisko un sociālo attīstību; attīstīt visas pozitīvās romu tautības cilvēku īpašības, kultūras tradīcijas, ieražas un valodu; ievērot cilvēku pamattiesības un pamatbrīvības, un šajā sakarā ievērot visas saistības, kas izriet no starptautiskajiem nolīgumiem; veicināt miera un drošības saglabāšanu visā pasaulē; veidot draudzīgas attiecības dažādu nāciju starpā, balstoties uz visu nāciju vienlīdzīgu tiesību un vienlīdzības ievērošanu; sadarboties, lai risinātu romu tautības iedzīvotāju ekonomiskās, sociālās, kultūras, izglītības un humanitārās problēmas katrā atsevišķā valstī, kur šie cilvēki dzīvo; kļūt par centru, kas seko atsevišķu valstu darbībai, kas vērsta uz šo mērķu sasniegšanu; īstenot un nostiprināt cieņu pret cilvēktiesībām un pamatbrīvībām visiem cilvēkiem neatkarīgi no rases, dzimuma, valodas un reliģiskās piederības. |
