Aizstāvēt un veicināt IKT darbinieku ekonomiskās intereses (taisnīgs un konkurētspējīgs atalgojums, nodarbinātības drošība, darba tirgus caurspīdīgums). 3. Aizstāvēt un stiprināt IKT darbinieku sociālās intereses un labbūtību (droši un iekļaujoši darba apstākļi, darba-dzīves līdzsvars, sociālās garantijas, diskriminācijas mazināšana). 4.
