Izstrādā un iesniedz priekšlikumus mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopsapulcei; 1.4. Dzīvokļu īpašnieku pilnvarojumā nodrošina vai pati veic kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu; 1.5. Veic pārvaldīšanas efektivitātes un monitoringu un izdevumu salīdzināšanu dzīvokļos un kopīpašumā, kuru lieto DzĪB biedri: par rezultātiem informē nama iedzīvotājus. |
