| Goals | 1.Atbalstīt sievietes migrācijas un relokācijas procesos, nodrošinot viņu sociālo un ekonomisko integrāciju. 2.Veicināt sieviešu iekļaušanos darba tirgū, izglītībā un sabiedriskajā dzīvē gan Latvijā, gan citās ES valstīs un ārpus tās. 3. Nodrošināt atbalstu sievietēm migrācijā, tostarp tām, kuras ir pārcēlušās kopā ar ģimeni vai ir LGBTQ+ kopienas pārstāves, lai veicinātu viņu iekļaušanos sabiedrībā. 4. Nodrošināt piekļuvi mentoriem, psihosociālajam atbalstam un garīgajām praksēm, lai stiprinātu sieviešu pašapziņu un spējas. 5.Organizēt apmācības, darbnīcas un informatīvus pasākumus par migrācijas un integrācijas jautājumiem. 6.Veicināt sadarbību starp dažādām organizācijām un institūcijām, lai uzlabotu migrantu sieviešu integrācijas politiku un praksi. 7.Veicināt sabiedrības izpratni par migrācijas jautājumiem un sieviešu lomu tajos, izmantojot informācijas kampaņas un sabiedriskās aktivitātes 8. Atbalstīt latviešu sievietes, kuras dzīvo un strādā ārvalstīs, veicinot viņu integrāciju vietējā sabiedrībā, piederības sajūtu Latvijai un savstarpējo sadarbību ar citām diasporas sievietēm. Vienlaikus veidot iekļaujošu vidi arī citām dažādu tautību sievietēm Latvijā un ārvalstīs, kas saskaras ar migrācijas, integrācijas un identitātes izaicinājumiem. 9. Veicināt sieviešu mentālo veselību un emocionālo labbūtību, piedāvājot piekļuvi speciālistiem, atbalsta grupām un drošām telpām, un palīdzību. 10. Attīstīt programmas un iniciatīvas, kas palīdz sievietēm pārvarēt ar migrāciju saistīto stresu, kultūršoku, vientulību un identitātes krīzes. 11. Nodrošināt garīgās labbūtības un pašattīstības iespējas, integrējot tādas prakses kā meditācija, elpošanas tehnikas, apzinātība (mindfulness), mākslas terapija u.c. 12. Iekļaut sociālos uzņēmējus, praktizējošus psihologus, koučus un mentorus stratēģiskā sadarbībā, veidojot pārdomātu un ilgtspējīgu atbalsta modeli. |
